Shipping

Skate Warehouse processes orders on business days (Monday - Friday). Orders that are placed before 12:00pm PST on a business day will ship the same day. Orders placed after the shipping cut-off or on a weekend or observed holiday will ship the next business day.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an email with tracking information. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages, and there will be a separate charge for each shipment (if applicable). Separate tracking information will be provided once each package has shipped.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active in the shipping carrier's system.

Free Shipping

Skate Warehouse offers free shipping on orders over $75 delivering to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States. Depending on location, orders will typically arrive within 1-5 business days.

Free shipping offer does not apply to oversized items.

The shipping carrier for your order will be determined by the delivery destination. Possible shipping carriers include UPS, FedEx and GLS. All offer comprehensive tracking and insured delivery. Weekend delivery is available through FedEx Ground. Availability varies and is dependent on zip code. Please see options at check out.

$5 Two-Day Delivery

Orders delivered to physical addresses within the 48 contiguous United States over $75 are eligible for $5 Two-Day Delivery. Orders must not exceed 10 lbs. Qualifying orders will be offered the promotional $5 price during checkout, via the UPS 2nd Day Air shipping option.

Next Day + Overnight Shipping

Next Day and Overnight shipping options will vary based on delivery destination. Prices will be dependent on package weight and delivery location. First time customers choosing Next Day or Overnight shipping may require verification. Saturday delivery is available for an additional fee. To receive Saturday overnight delivery, please contact our Customer Service Department as it is not available through the website.

FPO/APO Military Addresses + P.O. Boxes

Customers with military addresses or P.O. Boxes as your shipping destination will choose Priority Mail or Express Mail. Unfortunately, both options are excluded from shipping promotions. UPS, FedEx and GLS do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

To view international shipping rates, place items in the shopping cart. In the "Calculate Shipping" box, select your country then click on the arrow to view the available rates. These shipping rates do not include custom fees or import charges that may be incurred when the package enters your country for delivery. For more information, see our international page.

Freight Forwarding and Hotel Shipping Addresses

When shipping to a freight forwarding service or hotel, please be aware that our policy regarding replacements and refunds may be affected. If your package is confirmed as delivered according to tracking information but is subsequently misplaced, we regret to inform you that you may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

We recommend ensuring that the receiving location is secure and reliable. By choosing to ship to a freight forwarding service or hotel, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Thank you for your understanding!

Returns

60 Day Return Policy

Skate Warehouse wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items in new, store-bought condition with all original tags and packaging can be returned within 60 days of the original purchase. Certain items, such as custom-built skateboards and decks with grip tape applied are not eligible for return.

Products returned in used condition or outside the 60 days return period may be returned to the customer or receive store credit, at the discretion of Skate Warehouse.

Pre-Built Skateboards, Skateboard Decks and Parts

  • Skateboards must be returned without being skated.
  • All skateboard decks cannot be exchanged or returned if gripped or assembled.
  • All skateboard parts cannot be exchanged or returned once assembled.
  • Shrink wrapped product must be returned with the wrap still sealed.

Decks and Wheels

At Skate Warehouse we do our best to stock exactly what is pictured on the site, but in some cases, it is beyond our control. Manufacturers will occasionally change the background or foreground colors on a deck or wheel to provide skateboarders with more variety. Colors may differ from what is shown on our site. You may always return a product as long as it is unused and in its original condition.

High Heat Product Returns

All High Heat products are final sale and are not eligible for return. "High Heat" products include but are not limited to:

  • Nike SB Dunk shoes
  • Nike SB Air Jordan shoes
  • Blind Bag products

Skate Warehouse will not issue a refund, store credit, or an exchange for purchases of high heat product once the sale is completed. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Free Return Shipping

Free return shipping is available for all orders shipped within the 48 contiguous United States these orders will include a complimentary pre-paid UPS Ground return label in the box when the order is delivered. If you use the pre-paid return label provided, please allow 7-10 business days for the return package to arrive back at Skate Warehouse.

Orders shipped to international, APO/FPO, Alaskan or Hawaiian addresses or U.S. territories are not eligible for the free return shipping offer.

Download a Form

In your package, you will receive an invoice that has a return form on the back, you can also download the returns form that applies to your order above.

Instructions for Domestic Returns

Once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.

Attach the enclosed UPS return label to the outside of the box or soft pack. Write down the tracking number located on the return shipping label to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse. Remove or black out any other labels.

Drop the box off at any authorized UPS Service Station or UPS building. To find the UPS Service Station closest to you click here. You can also return your shipment by handing your package to a UPS driver. Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days once it arrives back to Skate Warehouse.

If you request an exchange, the product you have requested will be shipping back to you free of charge via UPS Ground or GLS unless otherwise specified.

Instructions for International Returns

Once you have your returns form filled out, place the items you would like to return back into the original shipping box, soft pack, or similar shipping container. Place your returns form in the package and securely tape your shipment closed.

Ship the return package back to the following address with your preferred shipping carrier. We recommend choosing a carrier that provides tracking information. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges. Write down the tracking number for the return from your preferred shipping carrier to track the progress of your package back to our warehouse.

Any customs fee incurred by Skate Warehouse will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges and customs fees that were assessed on the original order are non-refundable.

Instructions for Returning a Gift

Follow the instructions above based on your location, using the Gift Return Form instead of the form found on the back of the invoice.

Defective Items and Warranties

If you receive an item that is broken or defective prior to use, contact Skate Warehouse immediately to arrange for replacement or credit.

For defects or damage that occurs after an item has been used, it is subject to the warranty terms that vary by item and manufacturer. Please contact us about return procedures for any product you believe to be defective.

All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

Never ride a skateboard in the rain. Riding in the rain can cause problems such as rusted bearings, delamination, warping, and graphic smearing. This will void any manufacturer's warranty and/or any acceptable return to Skate Warehouse.
